On about half of the forum categories, which I navigate to those forums, the "Post New Thread" button is missing entirely. For example while I was able to post this item using the appropriate link, no such link exists when I navigate to the Music Music Music forum (no wonder there's no discussion) nor on half a dozen other forums. What gives?
