The instruments. The amps. Creative inventions. Recording techniques. The studios that recoded musical geniuses such as Charlie Christian, Link Wray, Ray Charles, Steve Cropper and Carol Kaye. Sam Phillip's Sun Records who launched Elvis and Stax Records who launched the Memphis Sound with Booker T. and the MG's.
So do like comedian Flip Wilson as "Geraldine" and Come to America, Find Ray Charles plus other revolutionaries at the October Atlanta Audio Club meeting. October 29th, 2-5pm at Oak Grove United Methodist Church.
