Members and Friends,
The Executive Committee is planning for possible face-to-face meetings as this year goes on. Our first such meeting will be with our old friends at Evolution Home Theatre on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 2 to 5 PM. Since there are still some concerns over Covid-19, we will be observing all the health requirements from Evolution Home Theatre. We will publish them on this Event notification shortly.
In addition to any rules from Evolution, the club will only provide individual canned drinks and water. We will not provide snacks for this meeting due to the higher risk of infection.
Both members and guests are invited to attend this meeting.
