AXPONA 2023
Author Last Post

I downloaded the Exhibitors List from the AXPONA website (here) and then wrote a small program to parse the information and reformat it so that brands are grouped by Room or Booth. I'm not sure about everyone else, but this format makes it a lot easier for me when deciding which of the 200+ rooms are worth the hike.

Sharing with my Atlanta friends in case any of you will be there in a couple of weeks and would find this helpful when planning your visit.

Just noticed that I didn't include a link to the AXPONA site, but it's not difficult to find:

Let me know if you plan to attend.

I was actually not planning to attend AXPONA this year, but a dear friend in Atlanta reached out to see if I was going. When I looked at the calendar, I realized that it's just a few days before my mother's 81st birthday. She's in South Carolina and I'm (now) in Arizona. I don't get to see her nearly as often as I like, so a 3-stop trip made a lot of sense.

The venue is the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center

1551 Thoreau Drive North, Schaumburg, IL 60173

Registration opens at 9:00 am on Friday, April 14th, and exhibits (175 listening rooms in total) open at 10.

The show rates at nearby hotels are all sold out, but there are still rooms available. I found something at the TownePlace Suites Chicago Schaumburg, 700 National Parkway, Schaumburg, Illinois, 60173 (just 2.2 miles away).

There are still reasonable flights available from ATL to ORD. (Google Flights link)

3-day passes are $50 now or $90 at the door. If there are enough folks from the AAC attending, perhaps we can get together for dinner Saturday night. Text me at 678-231-0568 if you're interested. I'm not familiar with what's available, but we can work out details on-site. Hoping to catch up with a few of you there!
